Amanda Fishley, Peter Gerhardt, Jon Bailey and other recorded presenters compare approaches and work through practice scenarios. 1. Strategies to Increase Beginner Classroom Participation Skills: Decreasing Problem Behavior with an FBA: Part 1

   Christine Austin examines the assessment half of behavior support: selecting and defining a target, indirect and descriptive assessment, and functional analysis. Consent, risk and interpreting observations are part of the recorded discussion. The teaching is a starting point for professional review, rather than an individual intervention plan.

2. Strategies to Increase Beginner Classroom Participation Skills: Decreasing Problem Behavior with a FBA: Part 2 - The Intervention and Behavior Support Plan

   Christine Austin and Michele LaMarche connect assessment findings with a behavior support plan, prevention, replacement behavior, reinforcement and staff implementation. The 2012 recording discusses consent, review and monitoring. Restrictive procedures appear in their historical context; this description does not recommend them for an individual.

3. Ethics: How to Stay Out of Hot Water

   Jon Bailey and Karen Chung discuss recognizing, documenting and raising ethical concerns. The session considers routine professional boundaries and a proposed severity-and-likelihood triage matrix. Reporting procedures belong to the recording’s historical context; the matrix is presented for discussion, rather than as a validated decision tool.

4. ABCs of Sensory Processing Disorder: Where Do I Start?

   This recording compares occupational therapy and ABA perspectives on sensory-related challenges, assessment, daily routines and shared planning. The presenters distinguish experience-based sensory material from behavior-analytic evidence. Their examples invite discussion across professions, rather than establish an intervention’s effectiveness.

5. Ethics and Best Practices in BCBA, BCaBA and RBT Supervision

   Amanda Fishley and the panel examine prerequisite skills, supervisory competence, workload, expectations and performance feedback. The closed-loop model returns to observation and training when goals are unmet. The supervision requirements discussed are those described at recording time.

6. Supervision Considerations for International Markets

   The international panel considers supervision where qualified practitioners, training materials and practice settings are scarce. Amanda Fishley and Karen Chung discuss observation, feedback, local context, cultural hospitality and technical translation with the panel. 7. Realities of BCBA Supervision

   Peter Gerhardt, Amanda Fishley and the panel connect future work, home and community goals with transition planning. They examine daily living and employment skills, student participation and shared family, school and community responsibilities. The IEP discussion is historical recorded teaching, rather than current legal guidance.

9. Ethics of Medicaid Fraud with Jon Bailey, PhD, BCBA-D

   Jon Bailey and the panel discuss Medicaid fraud as an ethical and organizational problem. Caregiver verification, separated billing responsibilities, access to submitted claims and records that cannot be altered unnoticed are among the controls discussed. Enforcement examples and reporting procedures are historical, rather than current legal advice.

10. SLP & ABA Collaboration Series: Using Collaboration to Generate Best Outcomes... Quicker

    Melanie Olson Giles, Noor Syed and the panel compare speech-language and behavior-analytic perspectives on communication. They connect terminology, assessment and shared goals with measurement, and discuss spoken examples of communication teaching. The recording does not establish a measured collaboration outcome.

11. Multidisciplinary Collaboration Series- Module 1: IEP Team Multidisciplinary Collaboration

    Ann Beirne and Jennifer Rumfola examine IEP team roles, parent participation, shared goals and different collaboration models. They discuss professional disagreements and the distinction between evidence-based practice and decisions using individual student data. Legal references belong to the recording’s context.
