Pennsylvania DHS's published IBHS training approval process lists training offered by a BACB Authorized Continuing Education (ACE) provider as already considered approved by the Department. Special Learning is a BACB ACE provider (OP-14-2437). Your agency confirms which completed sessions and documented clock hours fit your role and staff training plan. This library does not by itself establish completion of the full initial-training requirement; review the topic limits below. Obtain CPSL mandated-reporting and first-aid training from the providers specified in the DHS process.

- Child Protective Services Law and mandated reporting — § 5240.73(c)(1). Act 31 Online Training is provided by the University of Pittsburgh School of Social Work (3 hours): University of Pittsburgh Act 31 online training
- First aid, universal precautions and safety — § 5240.73(c)(7)
We do not hold your training records with the Department, and we cannot tell you whether you have met § 5240.73(c). Please check the full text of the regulation and your own records.
